About

Established in 1989, Pneumatic Restoration Inc. (PRI) has been a leader in concrete restoration and painting within the state of Michigan. Serving the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and their engineering contractors. PRI specializes in concrete surface coating, simulated stone masonry, silane treatment, epoxy overlay, structural crack repair and substructure surface sealer. PRI is MDOT prequalified and Small Business Enterprise Certified.

Pneumatic’s primary business is concrete restoration repair and concrete preservation waterproofing. Work primarily consists of concrete preparation by water blasting/sand blasting existing or new concrete structures. Proceeded by a waterproofing/preservation coating. Structural concrete cracks are prepared by wire brush or power grinder and injected with epoxy.

FAQ

Do we perform residential work?

In short, yes. We perform basement and foundation crack repair, as well as concrete painting. However, we have standing contracts with MDOT jobs, and in order to provide quality work for all, we do not overcommit. If we decline a job, don’t hesitate to reach out in the future and we’ll do our best to assist.

Beyond being licensed, insured and bonded, in the state of Michigan, our company observes the highest safety standards maintained by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and local regulatory requirements. We are MDOT prequalified and Small Business Enterprise Certified. Our staff are First Aid and CPR Certified with the American Red Cross, and we are an AMPP/SSPC Organizational Member.
